1. Purpose and scope of application
These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "CCGG") will govern the contractual relations between Kaotiko SL (hereinafter Kaotiko) and its consumer clients, understood as natural persons who act for purposes outside their commercial, business, trade or profession, or legal persons or entities without legal personality that act without profit motives in an area other than a commercial or business activity (hereinafter, the "Customer"), derived from the sales of products (hereinafter, the " Product" or the "Products") that Kaotiko makes to the Client for the orders that the latter places and that Kaotiko accepts.
The seller is Kaotiko, a commercial company of Spanish nationality, with address at C/ Narcís Monturiol, 24. 08339 Vilassar de Dalt, Barcelona, Spain and provided with CIF B-62025994 and email address atencioncliente@kaotikobcn.com
Orders for the sale of Products will therefore be governed by the CCGG; which will be completed, where appropriate, by the particular conditions that Kaotiko and the Client may agree upon.
Only the sale of products to clients of legal age is allowed.
2. GENERAL
All sales of the Products made by the Seller are subject to these CCGG, unless otherwise stipulated. Other conditions or agreements that have not been expressly accepted in writing by the Seller will have no legal value or effect.
In the event that the competent Courts declare any provision of these CCGG null and void, this will not affect the rest of the provisions of these CCGG that will continue in force. In this case, the parties will negotiate and try to reach an agreement on the text of an alternative article, which replaces the repealed provision, and whose intentions and content are as similar as possible to the latter.
3. How to place an order
You can place an order online on our website: www.kaotikobcn.com (24 hours a day, every day of the week, every day of the year.)
4. Total price
The sales prices indicated in the catalog and on the website are shown in euros and all prices include VAT. www.kaotikobcn.com may carry out exclusive promotions on this channel, reserving the right to vary prices and offers with respect to other channels.
5. Shipping costs
Shipping costs will be added to the total amount of the selected products and duly itemized before placing the order.
Shipping costs are variable depending on the country of destination of the shipment.
Picking up your order at the Kaotiko store is free.
6. Payment, delivery and execution procedures
6.1. Payment Methods
By credit and/or debit card (visa, mastercard, etc.): 100% secure payment through the "La Caixa" Cyberpac payment gateway.
With PayPal: the PayPal gateway guarantees the confidentiality and security of the customer's card data.
With Klarna: 3 small installments. No interest, 0% APR.
6.2. Shipping method
Products purchased at Kaotiko will be sent to mainland Spain , the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal applying MRW's 24/h service rate.
Shipments to the Canary Islands are made through Correos Express.
We also ship to the rest of the world. The carrier and delivery time may vary depending on the destination country.
Kaotiko is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes imposed on shipments.
6.3. Availability
Products purchased at Kaotiko will be sent to mainland Spain , the Balearic Islands and mainland Portugal applying MRW's 24/h service rate.

7. Right of withdrawal
7.1. Conditions of the right of withdrawal
The Client will have a period of 30 calendar days from the confirmation of payment for the order placed. In this case Kaotiko will refund all payment received, including, where applicable, ordinary delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any case, before 14 calendar days have elapsed from the date on which the package with the products returned and in correct conditions.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the previous paragraph, in the event that the Client has expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method, the Customer will not be reimbursed for any additional costs arising therefrom.
The Client will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from handling them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.
If the product you receive is or shows signs of being damaged by transport, please note this when signing the delivery note.
If you buy several products in the same order, you can make a partial return, that is, return only the product or products with which you are not satisfied.
The Customer must return or deliver to Kaotiko, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which they communicate their decision to withdraw from the product or products purchased.
Kaotiko may withhold the refund until the goods have been received, or until the Customer has provided proof of the return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
It should be remembered that the customer has the possibility of returning the product personally in any of our physical stores.
7.2. Exercise of the right of withdrawal
To this end, the Client must communicate the decision to exercise the right of dissent, through the e-mail atencioncliente@kaotikobcn.com indicating their contact information and order number. In such case, Kaotiko will communicate to you without delay and on a durable medium the acknowledgment of receipt of said withdrawal.
We will proceed to make said refund using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction.
You can also return your purchase directly to our physical Kaotiko stores. The Kaotiko corners of El Corte Inglés are not included.
You can request for free that Kaotiko arranges with a carrier to collect the purchase from your home for return. In the case of international shipping, the current transportation cost for the delivery of purchases will be applied. We remind you that you can also return the product for free in Kaotiko physical stores.
7.3. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
They may not be subject to the right of withdrawal:
- The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that Kaotiko cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
- The supply of goods made to the Client's specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
- The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods that, after delivery and taking into account their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
- The supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the Customer after delivery.
- The supply of goods has been damaged by the Customer's handling after delivery.
7.4. Return instructions
Items to be returned must be packaged to ensure they arrive in good condition. Seal the package well.
The garments must be in perfect condition, with their corresponding label and with the purchase invoice/delivery note.
If the product includes a box (such as sneakers), you must put it inside another box to avoid damaging it. Make sure that the original box of the product is protected and packaged correctly so that it does not suffer damage in transport.
In the event that the box associated with the product does not arrive in the same conditions in which you received it, the refund will not be made.
8. Guarantee of legal compliance
Kaotiko as a seller, will respond to the Client, in the terms established in Royal Decree 1/2007 by which the Revised Text of the Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users is approved for any lack of conformity that manifests within the period of two years from the time of delivery of the product.
Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that the lack of conformity that manifests itself within six months after the delivery of the product already existed when the thing was delivered, except when this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the nature of the lack of conformity.
9. Procedure for addressing complaints
To notify us of any possible incident in the service or ask us/suggest what you want, you can select the Queries/Incidents or Suggestions options.
If you consider that Kaotiko has breached any legal or documentary commitment with you, you have the right to file a claim through the following means:

10. Legislation and competent courts
All agreements covered by these General Conditions, as well as any dispute or difference that may arise between the parties, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and competence of the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer.
The contract is subject to Spanish legislation.
11. About the online dispute resolution platform
If you have a complaint, or believe that we have not handled your complaint satisfactorily, please contact us before submitting a complaint through the Online Dispute Resolution platform. At Kaotiko we take customer service very seriously and adopt the highest standards when it comes to managing, responding to and resolving our customers' concerns.
